In order to accommodate our members' various needs and working preferences, we offer four distinct coworking plans. These plans are designed around quarter time, half time, three quarters time, and full time usage. At each level, members receive a set number of coworking credits that can be applied towards reservations as well as other standard benefits. Members who purchase larger blocks of credits are also entitled to additional benefits such as use of our mailing address or window signage.
Coworking credits can be used to reserve one of 10 desks, a private office, or the conference room. Members are encouraged to use their credits in the manner that work best for them - all in one week or distributed evenly throughout the month. Resources are available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and are offered on a first come, first served basis. As most coworking takes place during normal business hours, all resources are offered at half price during evening and weekend "off peak" hours.

Reservations are managed through an intuitive web-based scheduling tool. Members can log in at any time and use their available coworking credits to reserve the resources they need when they need them. With a signed commitment letter, members are given the additional flexibility to schedule resources several weeks to several months ahead of time.
Studio West is located in Ithaca's West End business district. We are excited to share the block with such great neighbors as Gimme! Coffee, Felicia's Atomic Lounge, Saigon Kitchen, and The Westy. The studio is located less than a block away from the nearest Ithaca Carshare vehicle and just a short walk to The Commons.
